We have approximately 17 Members as at September 2017. We also have
friendly experienced players who play with us on a casual basis.
Our players include:

Cellos: 3 Oboe: 1

The Church Hall has a car park that is entered from Blakefield Walk (off Bromyard Road). The Church Hall has an entrance from the car park.
Time: We meet every Tuesday Evening from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. (This means it can suit young players as well as older players). Our next term begins 12th September and the winter term will probably begin 9th January 2018.
Who: We are a mixed age and ability group. In terms of playing experience we have several players with many years of Orchestra experience.
Our Conductor is Phil Davies: Phil is developing his career as a conductor and is very keen to encourage amateur musicians to experience ensemble playing.
What kind of Music do we Play? We play many different types of music from a wide range of composers. Phil wants to introduce us to music that we are unlikely to have played before.
What is our background? It is one that encourages inexperienced players to develop their skills and experience the pleasure of group playing. We also encourage experienced players to share in the development of the Orchestra. Our "Founder" page tells you more
